What is the minimum stake for a bet?

The minimum stake for any single bet is 200 Pesos.

What is the maximum payout?

The maximum payout is 350 million Pesos.

How do I place a bet?

Choose a sport from the sports navigation menu.

Select your preferred country/market option.

Click on the odds you wish to bet on, which adds the selection to your betslip.

Enter your stake.

Select “Place Bet”.

You can place different kind of bets: singles, multiples and system (combined) bets.

Multiple bets may be placed by combining different sports: football, tennis, cycling, etc.

Simply click on more/different odds to add more selections to your betslip.

How many events I can add to my bet slip?

The maximum number of events you can add to your bet slip is 40.

Where can I see my bets?

Go to your account and click on “Sports Bet List”.

You will find a list of all bets you have placed and you can filter them by time and by status.

Can I cancel a bet?

No. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled for any reason.

How do I complain about a bet I made?

If you have a complaint regarding the outcome of a bet placed, please contact the customer service team using the email address asistencia@betjuego.co. Please describe your complaint in as much detail as possible, including timings and specific bet IDs where possible. betjuego will investigate the complaint thoroughly.

The game has finished, why has my bet still not been updated?

After a game has finished, there is a working time needed to check the official results, to update the results and settle the bets.

What is a void bet?

“Void Bet” means the bet is nil or invalid. This occurs when an event is postponed, or when it has started but not finished within the period specified in our policy. If a game has been cancelled or postponed there is always a 48-hour wait until the match will be set as void. Once the match has been set as void (with odd 1.00) the rest of the winning ticket will then be paid out.

What is a handicap?

When betting with a traditional handicap, points or goals are subtracted from the favourite team. If you bet on the stronger team, it will need to perform better than the handicap for you to win your bet (the handicap will be preceded by the sign “-“). The handicap will be subtracted from the final score. Please note that the betting options are 1, X and 2, and that the standard 90 minutes play has to be completed.

Example: Everton – Liverpool (-1), with Liverpool as favourite team, handicap “-1”. The betting options are 1=you bet on Everton; x=you bet on a draw; 2=you bet on Liverpool.

1: Wins if the match is a draw or Everton wins (Everton – Liverpool: 1-0 or 1-1)

X: Wins if Everton loses with a score difference of 1 goal (Everton – Liverpool: 0-1 or 1-2)

2: Wins if Liverpool wins with a score difference of at least 2 goals (Everton – Liverpool: 0-2, or 1-3)
